Job Description

We are looking for a marketing-centric Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual assets that drive engagement within the dynamic travel industry. You will combine fundamental design principles with modern workflows—specifically leveraging Generative AI—to ensure our brand remains visually relevant and performance-driven in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Visual Execution, AI Integration & Brand Alignment:

  • Digital & Offline Deliverables: Design effective online banners for our website and mobile apps, alongside marketing materials for events and physical activations.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Actively integrate Generative AI into your creative process to accelerate asset creation, enhance visual exploration, and achieve complex effects with speed and precision.
  • Design Fundamentals: Maintain a high standard of layout, color theory, composition, and typography across all projects to ensure brand consistency.
  • Strategic Marketing Approach: Develop visuals purposefully crafted to support business objectives and marketing KPIs, balancing aesthetic quality with commercial effectiveness.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • International Synergy: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams from different countries to translate marketing strategies into clear and impactful visual communication.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Contribute to a culture of open feedback, where sharing and receiving constructive insights is a core part of the daily creative process.
  • Project Ownership: Manage your workflow and priorities efficiently to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule. You are expected to take ownership of assignments from the initial brief to the final export.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a designer within a creative team, marketing agency, or startup environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI-driven image generation and design tools to improve execution speed, prototype concepts, or elevate the final quality of visual assets.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a marketing-centric design approach (commercial assets, digital campaigns) and highlights your ability to use modern techniques (eg AI Integration) to enhance creative output.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills for daily coordination with our international stakeholders.
  • Have a skillset in illustration, basic animation, or video editing (Capcut/After Effects/Premiere Pro) will be a plus point, as these skills greatly support our multi-channel campaign needs.
