Identify and evaluate results of test and learn initiatives to discover new opportunities and strategies.
Build and maintain strong media partner relationships
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in media agency or similar in-house client side media role
Well rounded digital and offline media skills with established experience and strong understanding of multiple integrated media channels (online display, social, YouTube, programmatic, TV, OOH etc.) as well as a passionate following of new/emerging channels & technologies.
Track record of running successful integrated media campaigns, establishing brand awareness, driving reach and optimizing towards business KPIs.
In-depth understanding of the SEA media landscape and nuances would be an added advantage.
High level data analysis skills to be able to interrogate data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
Able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to communicate broader media principles to other team members and effectively apply them for campaigns.
Highly adaptable to changes in strategy, direction that have an immediate impact on the business.
Strong to attention to detail and maintaining accuracy in all aspects is critical for success in this role.
