We're WINTECH a Jakarta-based SaaS company building CRM, WMS, ERP, Omnichannel, and enterprise apps. We're looking for an Associate Product Manager (Technical) a hybrid role combining project execution, product requirements, technical understanding, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
This is a perfect role for someone early in their career who wants to grow FAST in product management and build products used nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Product Execution & Delivery
- Translate business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and simple requirements
- Work with engineering to understand scope, timelines, and priorities
- Keep ClickUp organized, run stand-ups, and follow up on progress
- Assist with validating features before release
Requirements & Technical Understanding
- Learn customer workflows (warehouse, CRM, ERP, operations) and convert them into workable flows
- Support market/competitor research and identify improvement opportunities
- Use diagrams/wireframes to clarify requirements; assist engineers with documentation
- Work with QA to confirm expected behavior and reproduce issues
Cross-Team and Client Support
- Coordinate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and marketing to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare onboarding materials and communicate updates professionally
- Help gather client pain points or internal feedback and turn it into actionable notes
- Ensure product expectations align with what engineering delivers
Qualifications:
Must-haves
- 13 years experience in: Product, Project Coordination, Software Engineering, BA/SA, PMO, Ops, or similar
- Strong understanding of software workflows (SaaS, APIs, backend/frontend basics)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (standups, sprints, retros)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Able to break problems into smaller steps and estimate work
- Excellent communication (Bahasa; English a bonus)
- Highly detail-oriented (non-negotiable)
- Fast learner & proactive; can work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work onsite in Jakarta Barat
Highly valued
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, UML, wireframes
- Background in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business
- Market research / competitor analysis experience
- Data analysis capability (spreadsheets, Looker, SQL basics)
- Experience coordinating with engineering teams
- Ability to understand technical constraints and trade-offs
