Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and documenting product requirements documents.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and user needs.
  • Collaborate with development, design and other cross functional teams.
  • Analyze user feedback and integrate it into product improvements.
  • Keep product documentation clear and organized.
  • Support in the development and updating of product roadmaps.
  • Participate in UAT to ensure product features meet user expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of the product development process.
  • Familiarity with basic market analysis concepts.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • Ability to think from the end user perspective.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Basic skills in documenting product requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Having an educational background in computer science (min undergraduate) or related field.
  • Having min. internship experience in product management (for fresh grad)
  • Having experience in customer facing product (Handle B2C Product is a plus)
  • Having experience as a quality assurance or software engineer in the previous job is a plus
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and cross functional teams
  • Great decision making and problem-solving skill
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly with the environment
  • Proactive
