We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Payroll Specialist. This position is based in Indonesia allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage payroll transactions in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collect, verify, and input payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, and leave balances.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for internal and client use.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client payroll data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless payroll delivery.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and stay updated on payroll best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to manage and analyze payroll data effectively.
  • Technologically literate and able to quickly adapt to software/tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Reliable, accurate, able to work independently, and get things done!

Relevant Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or Consultant (ideally in a client-facing role), though proactive fresh graduates are also very much encouraged to apply

Education and Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Hold a Brevet A & B certification
  • Additional training or certification in payroll, accounting, or HRIS systems is a plus.
