About the Position
As an Associate Payroll Consultant, you will oversee payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, statutory deductions, employee income tax, and BPJS contributions in compliance with prevailing regulations. You will prepare payroll reports, distribute pay slips, process salary payments, and manage tax and BPJS reporting. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple client engagements efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics majoring in Accounting with GPA min. 3,00 in scale of 4,00.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in related field.
- Having knowledge in salary calculations, overtime, and statutory deductions (BPJS, PPh 21).
- Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan (Labor Law) and government regulations on payroll and employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT).
- Having knowledge in PPh 21 calculations and reporting (DJP Online and Coretax System).
- Understand BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions and processes.
- Able to use formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, etc.) for payroll calculations.
- Having experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in monthly payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances based on manpower laws or company policies, determination of gross and net pay, and calculating the monthly employee income tax, social security programs, pension, and other statutory deductions using in-house develop software;
- Prepare and deliver pay slips;
- Prepare appropriate payroll reports;
- Prepare electronic payment of salaries direct to employee's bank account;
- Assisting in remitting of employee income tax to the state treasury;
- Registering social security programs (BPJS Labor & BPJS Health);
- Reporting of monthly income tax return, BPJS Labor & Health to the tax office and BPJS office.
