Our Advisory & Experience practice sits at the intersection of Digital strategy, experience, and AI, working with governments, banks, healthcare systems, airports, and global brands across Southeast Asia.

We're looking for a manager who can lead from the front shaping thinking, running rooms, and turning ambiguity into momentum.

This role is for someone who feels at home with clients, on whiteboards, and in boardrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Engagement

  • Lead client engagements and act as a day-to-day trusted advisor.
  • Confidently engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite and agency leadership.
  • Frame complex problems, guide decision-making, and build client confidence.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops (discovery, visioning, prioritization, co-creation).
  • Strategy, Design & Problem Solving
  • Apply Design Thinking and human-centered design to reimagine digitals products, services, and operating models.
  • Translate ambiguous challenges into clear strategies, roadmaps, and action plans.
  • Develop compelling, executive-ready presentations that tell a strong story.
  • Balance strategic thinking with practical, buildable solutions.
  • Shape and sharpen digital products and experiences, working closely with architects and engineers across CRM, AI, data, and cloud platforms with strong exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Copilot).

Change, Adoption & Impact

  • Shape change strategies including stakeholder mapping, communications, and enablement.
  • Design adoption approaches that shift behavior, not just deliver training.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions land smoothly and stick.
  • Measure impact through adoption, usage, and business outcomes.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor consultants, analysts, and designers on engagements.
  • Set quality standards for storytelling, workshop design, and client outputs.
  • Contribute to practice growth through assets, offerings, and points of view.
  • Support sales activities including discovery workshops and proposal shaping.

Qualifications

Skills and Experiences

Characteristics that can spell success for this role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in consulting, strategy, experience design, or digital transformation.
  • Experience in Management Consulting firm
  • Experience engaging senior client stakeholders across industries.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, client conversations, and small teams.
  • Strong design thinking and facilitation capability.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, Structured problem solving with a human lens, Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Comfort bridging business, experience, and technology discussions.
  • Would be great if you understand CRM technologies, modern workplace experiences (e.g. employee productivity, collaboration, digital ways of working)
