Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Live Streaming Operations
- Develop and execute live streaming strategies to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and GMV.
- Design structured live calendars for top-tier accounts, ensuring fixed scheduling and content consistency.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics (e.g., watch time, CTR, GMV per live session) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
2. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Operations Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing KOLs in Indonesia (e.g., beauty, fashion, lifestyle niches).
- Establish KOL evaluation criteria (e.g., audience demographics, conversion rates, content quality) to ensure alignment with platform goals.
- Coordinate content creation and live streaming schedules with KOLs to maximize reach and ROI.
3. Live Agency BD & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with live streaming agencies, production studios, and content creators.
- Negotiate cooperation models (e.g., revenue-sharing, fixed fees) and draft collaboration agreements.
- Explore cross-platform synergies (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to expand live streaming reach.
4. Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyze live streaming performance using tools like internal dashboards, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Conduct A/B testing on live formats, incentives, and content to identify best practices.
- Collaborate with product/marketing teams to integrate live streaming features (e.g., flash sales, interactive widgets).
Requirements:
1. Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in live streaming operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in KOL management and agency partnerships in the Indonesian market.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and country regulations (e.g., content compliance).
- Excellent data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets) and familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, Tokopedia Live).
2. Language & Communication
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills to work with KOLs, agencies, and internal teams.
