  • Corporate Communication: Support the team in developing creative communication strategies and tools for various projects within HC Transformation. 
  • Wellness and engagement: Assist with day-to-day activities related to wellness and engagement initiatives. 
  • Culture Projects: Manage culture projects at the firm-wide and LoS level, collaborating with other HC pillars or committees; Handle various culture projects, manage project timelines and resources, and lead specific parts of the projects as needed. 
  • HC Transformation Day-to-Day: Manage and update the HC Transformation report on a regular basis, with comfort in handling supporting administrative tasks, coordination, and documentation as required. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, Design, Psychology, Management or a related field 
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in Internal Communication, Human Resources, or related roles 
  • Experience in social media administration, event management, and coordination with external stakeholders 
  • Strong project management and organisational skills 
  • Good understanding of communication and visual design; familiarity with Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an advantage 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken) 
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team
