About the Job

This role leads end-to-end growth strategy across activation, engagement, loyalty, subscription, and new business incubation. The position is responsible for improving user conversion from install to first transaction, increasing retention and frequency, and unlocking incremental revenue streams. Acting as a cross-functional growth leader, this role translates business priorities into clear roadmaps, experiments, and measurable initiatives while managing and developing a high-performing growth team to deliver strong commercial impact.

Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end platform activation and onboarding journey, with a strong focus on improving conversion rates (CVR) of new users from install to first successful transaction
  • Lead Engagement & Loyalty growth initiatives to increase usage frequency, improve retention, and maximize long-term user value
  • Manage and grow the subscription product, including strategy, performance monitoring, experimentation, and continuous optimization across features, pricing, and benefits
  • Incubate, validate, and execute new business initiatives, from early discovery and hypothesis testing to scaled execution, to unlock incremental growth opportunities
  • Translate growth priorities into clear roadmaps, experiments, and measurable initiatives, and oversee execution across multiple growth streams with strong outcome ownership
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Research stakeholders to drive cross-functional growth execution and ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and delivery
  • Act as a people manager, responsible for coaching, developing, and managing team members within the growth domain to ensure high performance, clear ownership, and strong execution

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in growth, product, or strategy roles, with demonstrated experience in driving growth initiatives and achieving measurable business targets
  2. Proven experience owning user activation/onboarding funnels and leading engagement or loyalty initiatives, with a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), retention, and user lifecycle metrics
  3. Deep knowledge of data, user research, design, and business processes, with the ability to synthesize insights across disciplines and translate them into scalable growth initiatives
  4. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with hands-on experience using data and metrics to drive prioritization, experimentation (A/B test), and decision-making; proficiency in Excel and SQL is required
  5. Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and unstructured environments, with the ability to break down complex problems and execute practical, data-informed solutions
  6. Prior experience working closely with product, marketing, data, and research teams to deliver cross-functional growth initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery through execution and measurement
