Associate Director Project Development (Manado)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Township Development professional to lead the successful execution of our upcoming development project. This role requires a results-driven individual with extensive expertise in large-scale infrastructure, marine construction, and land reclamation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire planning, execution, and management of the reclamation project, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks, risk management plans, and sustainability initiatives to optimize project performance.
• Establish strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, investors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure financial discipline by managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving operational efficiencies.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale property and infrastructure development, including significant experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working for a property developer, particularly in the development of integrated townships and/or industrial estates.
• Demonstrated experience in land reclamation projects, including planning, development, and project execution.
• Strong expertise in coastal and marine development, environmental regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and engage effectively with government authorities, consultants, contractors, communities, and other key stakeholders.
