We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Township Development professional to lead the successful execution of our upcoming development project. This role requires a results-driven individual with extensive expertise in large-scale infrastructure, marine construction, and land reclamation projects.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the entire planning, execution, and management of the reclamation project, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks, risk management plans, and sustainability initiatives to optimize project performance.
Establish strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, investors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure financial discipline by managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving operational efficiencies.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale property and infrastructure development, including significant experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience working for a property developer, particularly in the development of integrated townships and/or industrial estates.
Demonstrated experience in land reclamation projects, including planning, development, and project execution.
Strong expertise in coastal and marine development, environmental regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and engage effectively with government authorities, consultants, contractors, communities, and other key stakeholders.
