We are looking for an Associate Consultant to support consulting projects, business analysis, and strategic initiatives. This role is open to fresh graduates and professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Support consulting projects from analysis to implementation
- Conduct market research and business analysis
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients throughout project execution
- Identify business issues and provide data driven insights
- Assist in proposal development and project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree background from any major (preferably : Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields)
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
