About This Position
We seek an Associate Advisory Consultant who is professional, resourceful, and responsible for managing day-to-day advisory activities, including planning, client meetings, fieldwork, and report writing. You'll collaborate effectively, working independently or in teams. Adaptability and a positive attitude are essential, with occasional independent assignments on out-of-town projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or related field from a reputable university.
- Master's degree or overseas university experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting/consulting internships or organizational activities is a plus.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, as well as internet and email applications.
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct financial and industry research to support project analysis.
- Assist in analysing financial statements, trends, and key metrics.
- Gather, review, and organize financial data from clients or external sources.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Perform fieldwork procedures, including testing internal controls and documenting findings.
- Contribute to the development and validation of financial models and valuations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with team members and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.
- Participate in client or target meetings and discussions under supervision.
- Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
