Associate Consultant

Role Description:

1. Conduct structured market, industry, and competitor research to understand the client's business environment and key strategic issues.
2. Gather, synthesize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support problem diagnosis and solution design.
3. Work closely with clients, senior consultants, and internal teams to support the execution of recommended solutions.
4. Manage assigned project workstreams, including task planning, progress tracking, and timeline management.
5. Develop client-ready materials (especially PowerPoint decks), including market insights, analyses, and recommendations.
6. Support the preparation of consulting proposals and pitches by providing research, insights, and structured content.
7. Assist in implementation support, ensuring solutions are translated into actionable steps for the client.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a consulting-style analyst role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new industries and business contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint (consulting-style decks).
• Comfortable working independently on assigned workstreams and collaboratively within a project team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
