About The Role:
As a Associate Compliance Executive, you will support the Compliance Division in ensuring the Bank's adherence to applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory authorities such as OJK and Bank Indonesia. This role involves regulatory monitoring, compliance administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day compliance activities.
- Monitor and review new and existing regulations relevant to the Bank through regulators official websites
- Maintain and update the regulatory library/database to ensure access to the latest compliance requirements
- Track and monitor the implementation status of new regulatory requirements across divisions
- Support compliance assessments (kajian kepatuhan) for new digital products, features, marketing campaigns, and internal procedures
- Assist in preparing data, documents, and reports for regulatory submissions and supervisory requests (OJK, BI, LPS)
- Coordinate with internal divisions to collect required documents for routine and ad-hoc regulatory examinations
- Support the drafting of responses to regulatory inquiries accurately and promptly
- Manage compliance documentation, including licenses, certificates, and official correspondence
- Prepare minutes of meetings for compliance meetings and internal discussions
- Assist in organizing and distributing compliance training materials for employees
About You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is eager to build a career in compliance within the banking or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- 12 years of experience in compliance, legal, or audit functions, preferably in banking, FinTech, or financial services
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in regulatory compliance and financial regulations
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage documentation and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
