Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an Associate Broker, you will assist clients in managing their financial portfolios, provide investment insights, and help execute trades. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with team members on strategies, and maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while maintaining a deep understanding of financial products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and market analysis skills, including familiarity with investment products
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in research, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in brokerage, investment advisory, or financial services is a plus
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
