Position: Associate Brand Manager

About The Role :

We are looking for a strategic and innovative AssociateBrand Manager to lead marketing activities, develop pricing strategies, manage risk, and drive brand growth through research, promotion, and collaboration with external partners.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including pricing strategies and risk (NPL) management.
• Build and maintain brand image through market research and targeted promotional activities.
• Monitor brand and competitor performance, while managing brand financials including COGS.
• Collaborate with external partners such as advertising agencies and media to implement marketing initiatives.
• Oversee and evaluate team performance to ensure effective execution of brand strategies.

What You Will Need

• Education minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position, having experience in handle market leader brand will be preferred
• OTC or FMCG background are welcome, having OTC background will be preferred
• Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate effectively across department
• Willing to work in East Jakarta
