Associate - Activity Checker (Project Based)

• Processes request (Installations / Reprogramming / Pull-out ) of assigned account ;
• Coordinates with the clients if there's any problem or special instruction on requested activity;
• Monitors and provide reports on all activities (daily / weekly / monthly ) depends on client's request;
• Maintains and update a Masterfile of assigned clients;
• Performs clerical tasks as required by the Operations Department;
• Mcube and other data update, entry or encoding;
• Bookkeeping, sorting of documents and document retrieval;
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College in any field, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
• Amenable to work on a project-based role for 6 months.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload Preferred
• Experienced or Skilled in data entry
• Experience in an underwriting, compliance, risk, or similar function
• Good understanding of the payments industry
• Must be amenable to work in Makati City;
