Assistant Video Editor

Hey! I'm looking for a Personal Assistant Editor to join my small team in handling freelance documentary and other projects.

This is a flexible freelance role with an hourly rate of IDR 50,000 per hour, based on assigned tasks. While the schedule is flexible, you're expected to work mostly during morning to early afternoon hours. You'll collaborate closely with me and a small team to help streamline the workflow.

Main responsibilities include:

• Editing the first draft of videos
• Researching and sourcing materials (footage, images, etc.)
• Managing all assets related to the project and ensuring everything is well-organized
• Sound design and overall assistance in editing tasks

Qualifications:

• Skilled in storytelling and pacing in video edits
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Comfortable working with English-language materials
• Produces clean, well-organized edits and asset structures
• Highly responsive and communicative during the editing process
