Assistant Technical Sales Manager

PT East West Seed Indonesia is a leading vegetable seed company committed to providing high-quality vegetable seeds. To support the growth of our exclusive product portfolio in mid-tech market segments, we are seeking a qualified Assistant Technical Sales Manager for our Exclusive Products team. This position plays a key role in supporting sales performance by providing strong technical expertise, executing field activities, and building long-term relationships with professional growers and key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Support sales and market development of exclusive vegetable seed products in assigned areas

Provide technical support and advisory services to professional growers, distributors, and key accounts

Plan and implement field trials, greenhouse trials, and product demonstrations

Support the introduction and positioning of new varieties in professional production systems

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Collect and report market, customer, and competitor insights

Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth product execution in the market

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, agronomy, product development, or related roles

Experience working with professional growers, greenhouses, or premium market segments is an advantage

Strong technical knowledge of vegetable crops and seed products

Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area

Willing to be placed in Purwakarta, West Java
