We're looking for anexperienced, commercially focused recruitment leader to take ownership of our Southeast Asia region and drive growth across some of the most exciting international education markets in the world.

Based in the region and reporting to the VP, East Asia, you'll lead recruitment activity across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Brunei - spending significant time building relationships, growing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

This is a role with real ownership. You'll manage major sales targets, lead strategic key accounts, shape market plans, and bring global strategy to life through smart local execution. You'll spot trends, respond to change quickly, and help ensure we stay ahead in a fast-moving market.

You'll also play a key leadership role. Managing colleagues in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur, you'll coach performance, build confidence and create a culture of accountability and success. Our East Asia team is highly collaborative, so while you'll need to be independent and self-driven, you'll always have strong support around you.

We're looking for someone who understands sales and targets, enjoys managing important accounts, and knows the international education landscape.

You'll thrive here if you're curious, resilient and entrepreneurial. Someone who looks for answers, takes ownership, handles pressure calmly, and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Travel is an important and exciting part of this role, offering the opportunity to experience different cultures, build relationships across the region, and meet people from all over the world. We also care deeply about work-life balance, so while there will be times when evening or weekend work is required, this is recognised and balanced through flexibility and time back within your working week.

Additional language skills such as Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin would be an advantage.

If you're ready to lead a region like it's your own business, while being part of a supportive, ambitious global team, we'd love to hear from you.
