We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold high standards of service, and lead the restaurant team in creating memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on floor leadership role — balancing service excellence, financial discipline and team development, day in and day out.

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold high standards of service, and lead the restaurant team in creating memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on floor leadership role — balancing service excellence, financial discipline and team development, day in and day out.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent service, operational excellence, and a strong guest-focused culture
- Drive operational performance through effective planning, shift leadership, and collaboration across departments
- Support special events, activations, and seasonal initiatives while maintaining health, safety, and sustainability standards
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality within a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in beach club, lifestyle hospitality, food & beverage, or guest experience operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
