Restaurant Assistant Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, maintaining the highest service standards, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence. You will also support team development, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and company policies
Qualifications – Internal
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Indonesian citizen.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proven knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.
- A guest-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
