Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Pakuwon Bekasi, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, upholding service standards, and ensuring the seamless coordination of food and beverage operations. They will also assist in hiring and training team members, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high quality in all aspects of the restaurant's offerings.

• A background in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is an advantage
