Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Jittlada Group in Bekasi, Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, facilitating hiring processes, upholding food and beverage quality standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
