Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high service and food quality standards. Responsibilities include managing customer service, staff hiring and training, and supervising food and beverage operations. The role involves fostering a positive dining experience, resolving customer concerns, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional experiences to guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Proficiency in Hiring and training processes to effectively manage and develop team members
  • Excellent Communication skills to lead teams and interact with guests and staff professionally
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and service standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly advantageous
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred
