Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Bekasi-Pakuwon, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, facilitating hiring and training, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food and beverage standards, and assisting in achieving operational and financial goals. The role requires maintaining high-quality dining experiences while supporting the team and delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure memorable dining experiences for all guests
• Proven leadership skills in Hiring and training restaurant staff to maintain operational excellence
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead the team and collaborate with both customers and employees
• Expertise and knowledge in Food & Beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards
• Ability to manage team dynamics and resolve issues promptly
• Experience in the hospitality or fine dining industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or related field is preferred
