Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Production Manager role located in Surabaya. The Assistant Production Manager will support the Production Manager in coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing manufacturing processes, monitoring production output, ensuring equipment functionality, maintaining inventory levels, and enforcing health and safety guidelines. Efficient problem-solving and timely communication with internal teams will also be integral to the role.
