What You'll Do
As an Assistant Product Manager (Gaming), you'll support the CEO and Product Managers in driving product initiatives forward. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveable to manage follow-ups, prepare documentation, and keep priorities on track.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and Product Managers in managing product roadmaps, priorities, and project tracking.
- Assist in preparing clear product documentation, specifications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and structure product initiatives to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow up with stakeholders (engineering, data, design, operations) to ensure deliverables progress as planned.
- Support backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning with product priorities.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support product decisions.
- Provide operational support in product meetings (agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking).
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to keep projects moving smoothly.
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in product, project management, or a related role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to produce polished documentation and presentations.
- Strong SQL skills, with confidence in practical usage.
- Solid understanding of APIs, including setup and data interpretation.
- Strong working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience building game applications and using the Unity programming language.
- Very strong work ethicexpectations for the product team are high, with a strong emphasis on preparation and execution.
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO in a demanding, fast-paced environment that offers significant learning opportunities.
- Technical education background or at least 1 year of technical experience.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent mindset, able to follow through without constant supervision.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language for stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Background in AdTech, gaming, or digital platforms.
- Exposure to data analytics, ML/AI, or software development environments.
- Experience preparing presentations for leadership or clients.
- Prior experience working in multicultural or international environments.
