Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Survey & Installation Management

- Set up and maintain team to site survey, assess installation requirements, technical feasibility, and project scope.

- Plan, schedule, and supervise installation activities to ensure quality and timely completion.

- Ensure installation follows company standards, safety procedures, and client specifications.

- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical solutions on-site.

2. Vendor Coordination & Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage additional installation vendors when required.

- Coordinate vendor schedules, scope of work, and performance expectations.

- Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with company standards.

- Ensure vendors deliver installation work on time and within agreed specifications.

- Maintain a reliable network of installation vendors in Jakarta, Tangerang, and surrounding areas.

3. B2B Customer Support (Technical & Operational)

- Provide technical and operational support to B2B clients.

- Act as a technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and installation vendors.

- Assist sales and business teams in technical clarification and project feasibility.

- Support client meetings when technical explanation or installation planning is required.

- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support.

4. Exhibition & Event Support

- Manage installation and dismantling for exhibitions, trade shows, and events.

- Ensure proper setup according to exhibition layout, technical requirements, and deadlines.

- Supervise booth installation teams and ensure readiness before event opening.

- Support on-site exhibition operations, including technical standby and troubleshooting.

- Ensure professional representation of Fabrica Indonesia during exhibitions.

5. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

- Prepare installation schedules, reports, and documentation on time

- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Management teams.

- Maintain installation documentation, vendor records, and project reports.

- Continuously improve installation processes, efficiency, and quality standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Technical Field, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, technical operations, or project coordination.

3. Prior experience in supervisory or team coordination role is preferred.

4. Experience working with vendors, contractors, or installation teams is required.

5. Strong understanding of installation processes and site survey procedures.

6. Ability to read technical drawings, layouts, or installation plans.

7. Problem-solving skills for on-site technical challenges.

8. Strong leadership and coordination skills.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
