Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant will be responsible for managing communications, translating documents and conversations from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa, supporting daily office operations, scheduling appointments, and assisting in meetings with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The Assistant will also be tasked with administrative duties such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring efficient office functioning.

• Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to translate documents and conversations accurately
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
