Assistant Mandarin

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Mandarin role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Mandarin will be responsible for supporting business operations by performing written and verbal Mandarin-to-English and English-to-Mandarin translation, managing communication with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders, and providing administrative support. Other key responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting in document management to ensure efficient workflows.

• Fluency in written and verbal Mandarin and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between Mandarin-speaking individuals and local teams
• Administrative skills, including document preparation, email correspondence, and scheduling meetings
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
• Experience in interpretation and translation within a professional setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language Studies, Communication, or a related field preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work-related requirements and business needs
