Job Responsibilities :
1. Assist the Manager in overseeing daily store operations
2. Supervise, guide, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
4. Monitor staff performance and maintain service quality standards
5. Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and SOP
8. Coordinate with management and HQ regarding operational updates
Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field (Management or related field preferred)
2. At least 12 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role, preferably within the retail, spa, salon, or hospitality industry
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
8. Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
9. Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented
