This role shall report directly to Senior Manager, Warehouse and Logistics.
The role shall monitor and manage Logistics teams daily activities in ALCO, IKG, and BOL at optimum level of efficiency and accuracy. To perform all activities associated with logistics, providing logistics support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the objectives of the organization. Ensure all such relevant activities and reporting are complying with all SOP, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all Logistics teams related activities in ALCO, IKG, and BOL.
- Ensure compliance with government regulation related to export and import, cigarette and vape, tax exemptions, machine certifications, etc.
- Custom Reporting for ALCO and BOL and ensure no Penalty from Custom.
- Build strong relationship with Custom, Quarantine, Forestry, Trade Ministry Department and another Government Department.
- Cost down ideas and activity to reduce costs.
- Ensure shipment arrangement with lowest cost possible.
- Ensure compliance based on DOA.
- Ensure Clickup updated on timely and accurately.
- Ensure data for SIINAS, LKPM and others Reporting is accurate.
- Prevent unnecessary additional costs to the Company such as demurrage and detention charges, fine from Custom Department, etc.
- Continuous improvement ideas.
- Registration for Custom approval for ALCO SKU and BOL products.
- Ensure VAT 11% endorsement process to get VAT 0% with proper process and documentation.
- Solve problems that happen in Logistics.
- Cross Training all staff to back up each other's.
- Monthly KPI and Marine Cargo Insurance declaration with Cost Saving reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or other related background
- Expertise in Logistics Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in export and import Indonesia regulations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management systems
- Understanding of Tobacco industry regulations will be advantage
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
