Synergy Pro, a growing business consulting firm based in Bali, is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. We are seeking a professional who is strategic, people-oriented, and fluent in English, with a strong background in HR management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
