Description
The Assistant Kids Club Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring that all young guests receive a safe, world-class, and memorable experience. You will oversee a team of attendants, develop innovative educational and recreational programs, and maintain the highest standards of luxury service consistent with a 5-star brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement daily schedules of activities that are culturally enriching, creative, and age-appropriate
- Upervise the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and comply with international safety standards.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating the Kids Club team to deliver exceptional service with a child-first mindset.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, managing registrations, and handling any special requests or feedback with professional empathy.
- Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and health protocols. Ensure all staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.
- Manage inventory of supplies, track attendance data, and assist in budget monitoring for the department.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional international languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair for developing unique, high-end activities that go beyond standard babysitting.
- High energy, patient, nurturing, and a genuine passion for working with children. Must maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Ability to remain active, stand for long periods, and participate in outdoor and indoor physical activities with children.
