Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
- Working with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement ( ie. CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance
- Leading financial process for Tea & Savory factory related but not limited to:
- Monthly rolling COGP forecast
- Savings tracking and governance
- Month end closing, including cost variance analysis
- Annual business planning
- Consol Nutrition's Reporting
- Leading factory related business cases working with multifunctional team
- Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges
Experience & Qualification
- More than 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor's in accounting / finance
Skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders
- Strong Communication skills
- Good analytical skills and high accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
