Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

• Working with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement ( ie. CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance

• Leading financial process for Tea & Savory factory related but not limited to:

  • Monthly rolling COGP forecast

  • Savings tracking and governance

  • Month end closing, including cost variance analysis

  • Annual business planning

  • Consol Nutrition's Reporting

• Leading factory related business cases - working with multifunctional team

• Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges

Experience & Qualification

• More than 2 years of working experience

• Bachelor's in accounting / finance

Skill

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders

• Strong Communication skills

• Good analytical skills and high accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
