Description
The overall scope is to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering Department supporting all other operating departments. This includes supplying services as required by the entire operation and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the real estate.
- Ensure the production and supply of energy at all times.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the hotels procedures in regards to the guest contact.
- Optimise maintenance costs.
- Comply with all Kempinski company policies.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Indonesian citizen, proven project experience in 5 stars hotel
- Strong technical competence across HVAC, MEP, and Fire Life Safety
- Experience supporting pre-opening or major repositioning programs
- Very good leadership by motivating and empowering multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
