What You'll Do
Own the Brand. Lead 360 marketing initiatives for brands under Erajaya Digital businesses end to end. From ideation to execution across all channels, you're the custodian of the brand experience.
Drive Impact. Design and execute integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness, in-store traffic, and revenue.
Negotiate Like a Pro. Manage brand partnerships, campaign collaborations, and vendor deals with flair and precision.
Blend Art & Science. Create both offline and online activations that are as stylish as they are effective
Report and Optimize. Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and keep iterating. We expect smart decisions backed by data and driven by curiosity.
You'll also oversee campaigns for Samsung by Erafone, Private brand and Mi Storeretail powerhouses in their own right.
Who You Are
Have +4 years of experience in marketing communications, in retail or lifestyle brands. or FMCG
Deep understanding of consumer behavior in a retail environment and how to move them from awareness to purchase.
Strong visual taste and an eye for designyou're picky about how a brand looks and feels.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. You write sharp copy, present with clarity, and negotiate with confidence.
A natural negotiator and collaboratorcapable of aligning internal stakeholders and external partners toward bold, shared goals.
Detail-obsessed but strategically mindedyou see both the forest and the trees.
Comfortable working full time from our HQ in Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta.
