We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for Gently Baby to develop a quality skincare in our company. Please check the details below:
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in brand management (preferably from FMCG, Beauty, or Skin Care Brands)
- Solid understanding of brand management principles and marketing fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Passion for brands, consumer behavior, and marketing.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang
What You Will Do
- Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. Contribute to defining the brand positioning, target audience, and messaging to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand's guidelines.
- Content Creation and Management: Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant brand content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and marketing materials. Assist in managing the content calendar and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Assist in analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive brand growth and optimize marketing strategies.
- Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor key brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales data. Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate results and provide recommendations for improving brand performance.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies and initiatives. Support team members in various projects and tasks as needed.
- Brand Guidelines and Assets: Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and assets, including brand visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging. Ensure consistency in brand application across all touchpoints.
