Job Description

MyRobin.ID one of Indonesia's leading on-demand workforce platforms, connecting businesses with pre-screened blue-collar workers for short- and long-term workforce needs is hiring an Assistant Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and review daily, weekly, and monthly accounting transactions and journal entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Review and prepare manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and necessary adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
  • Monitor accounting processes and internal controls to ensure transactions are properly recorded and financial data is accurate and reliable.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
  • Support internal and external reporting, audit processes, and ad hoc financial data and analysis requirements.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team through coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure accounting procedures are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Accounting Manager in managing day-to-day accounting operations and other financial initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, with prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls.
  • Experience in outsourcing, manpower, staffing, workforce management, or Workforce-as-a-Service (WaaS) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing an accounting team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
