About the Role
We are looking for an Asset Management Division Head to lead the planning, optimization, and oversight of our asset portfolio. This role will report directly to the CEO and ensure that all assets are managed efficiently to maximize value, minimize risks, and support sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide asset management strategies, policies, and SOPs.
- Oversee valuation, optimization, and maintenance of all assets (facilities, medical equipment, properties, and hospitality assets).
- Provide recommendations on asset investment, acquisition, or disposal to optimize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, hospitality, and property regulations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Min. 10 years of experience in asset management, corporate finance, property management, or procurement (with at least 5 years in a managerial/head role).
- Strong background in healthcare and/or hospitality industries.
- Expertise in asset valuation, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
- Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
