Job Description:
TRANS TV is seeking a full-time Assessment Specialist. This role will drive the Business Development at TransTV work environtment. A strong candidate should be able to demonstrate an aptitude for psychology and good wider knowledge of Assessment.
Requirements:
- Having a bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology or Master Degree is a plus
- Having 1-2 years of experience in the field is an advantage
- Analyzing job descriptions and competency dictionaries, as well as updating them periodically
- Cooperate with other departments in the performance management process so that it is implemented properly according to the set targets
- Collaborate with other departments in establishing and implementing organizational development initiatives
- Responsible for permanent process or employee promotion
- Designing the assessment center program, implementing the assessment and utilizing the assessment results when needed
- Make psychological reports and recommendations for psychological reports that have been formed as needed
