Assessment Manager

Job Description:

• This position will be in charge for the end to end assessment process (Internal & External)
• Liaising with the user for making an assessment matrix based on job competencies
• Developing new assessment tools for our internal needs.
• Understanding the concept of HAV (human asset value)
• Managing IDP post-assessment program
• Providing leadership to the team

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Master's Degree in Psychology or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Experience leading assessment/talent management as part of the HR/HC Dept
• Understand psychological assessments instrument, screening promotion candidates, and or assessment SOP
• Has a good communication and writing skills
• Proficient in English
