PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate AI-generated responses across various platforms to ensure accuracy, relevance, and customer satisfaction.
- Compile and present weekly and monthly analytics reports on AI system performance, including metrics on accuracy, response time, and issue tracking.
- Monitor and assess the detailed usage of the Customer Care system to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials in line with new system updates and AI enhancements.
- Ensure all related devices used for training and operations are functional, secure, and up to date.
- Train internal teams on how to effectively interact with and support AI systems across all customer-facing channels, ensuring alignment with service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in using ChatPlus and Qiscus software.
- Extensive experience in AI systems.
- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data structures and computational algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to be placed in Tegal, Central Java.
