Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Art Director based in South Jakarta. The Art Director will oversee creative projects, develop and execute branding strategies, and lead the art direction process. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics, managing projects from inception to completion, and mentoring a team of designers to ensure high-quality visual outputs. Collaboration with other departments to align creative assets with business goals is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with a proven ability to lead and execute creative projects effectively.
- Strong skills in Branding, with expertise in defining and maintaining a brand's visual identity and voice.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and a strong creative portfolio are advantageous.
