Art Director

As an Art Director, you will:

- Define and execute the visual representation of the brand.

- Provide technical expertise in advanced design and create decks for photoshoots.

- Direct and oversee photoshoots to ensure alignment with brand identity.

- Evaluate visual designs to maintain high-quality standards.

- Guide and provide direction to the graphic design team.

Requirements:

- 12 years of experience as an Art Director or Visual Director, preferably in the beauty industry.

- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, branding, and design principles.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

- Experience in photoshoot direction and visual storytelling.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
