Job Description / Role & Responsibilities
- Translate strategic ideas into strong, memorable visual concepts, going beyond decorative execution.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent visual output across all touchpoints, including digital, film, social, and on-ground activations.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of audio-visual storytelling, including pacing, framing, lighting, editing, and sound integration.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney) to support ideation, mood board creation, and rapid visualization.
- Apply a strong sense of aesthetics, with good judgment on culture, trends, and brand relevance.
- Develop cohesive visual systems and brand worlds, not just one-off assets.
- Execute with strong attention to detail while maintaining alignment with the overall campaign vision.
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters, strategists, and production teams, contributing ideas and guiding execution.
- Present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders, with the ability to explain and justify visual decisions with strong rationale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the advertising or creative industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
